Where are your products made?

All of our products are proudly 100% Egyptian-made. We pride ourselves for being ambassadors for the globally renowned Egyptian cotton.

Where can I find you locally?

Embrator products are available in almost every cotton-products specialty store in Egypt; you can also find our products in all mega stores and hypermarkets. We also have a growing network of Embrator stores; you can find the store nearest to you here.

Shipping & Returns.

How long does it take for my order to ship?

Orders ship within 1-2 business days from our warehouses. From the time you place an order, it takes around 4-5 days for your order to arrive at your address.

I didn't receive my package though I have placed my order more than 5 days ago?

You can always check your order by calling us on 19353.

Can I expedite my order?

Please contact us online@embrator-eg.com or call 19353 for rush orders or questions about shipping times.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship internationally and we are working to lower our international shipping rates. Though we are not responsible for any international customs regulations or duties that may apply.

What is your return policy?

We accept the return of unused and unopened product in its original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Please contact us at online@embrator-eg.com or call 19353 to arrange a return.

How can I update the shipping address for my order?

If you created an account at checkout, you can sign back in to edit your shipping address. Otherwise, please contact us, online@embrator-eg.com, with your order number and one of our team members will update it for you.

How can I check my order status?

When you place your order you will receive an order confirmation, followed by a shipping confirmation with tracking information and then an email notifying you when your order has been delivered.

Do you offer a discount for bulk orders?

For bulk orders you can always contact our wholesales and sales distribution departments and they can arrange that for you. You can always call us on 19353 for assistance.

Can I purchase products at Embrator headquarters?

Yes, we have storefronts at our headquarters in Obour and Zaitoun that is open Saturday - Thursday from 9am to 5pm. And you can always visit us at our stores all week long 10 am till 11 pm. Please check stores list here.
